What we collect

Demo form on this website: the name, phone number, company, location, email and message you type in.

Instagram messages: when you message @terrad.io, Instagram gives us your message and an Instagram-scoped ID for your account (not your password or your contacts). If you ask for a demo in chat, we keep the details you send us, such as your name, crusher location and a time to call.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, arrange a demo or a call, and answer questions about TERRAD. Our Instagram assistant sends automatic answers to common questions and passes your chat to our team when you ask for a person.

What we don't do

We don't sell your details, we don't use them for advertising, and we don't share them with anyone except the services needed to run this: our web host, and Meta (Instagram) for messages you send there.

How long we keep it

Demo requests and chat details are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up, then deleted. Short-lived chat settings (such as "a person is handling this chat") expire within a day.

Deleting your data

To have your details deleted, message us on Instagram at @terrad.io with the words "delete my data", or email info@terrad.io. We will delete what we hold within 30 days and confirm when it's done. You can also delete the conversation in Instagram at any time.
